Mover & Pre-mover Data
Who’s Moving House? Sometimes referred to as mover and pre-mover signals, we provide Address-level intelligence based on household real estate activity, including new listings, active listings, sold properties, and historical trends. Another layer of information about households that can assist with signal-based marketing or used to enhance data improvement/enrichment initiatives. Available as a “matching flag” against existing data or as a subscription for access to all records in the continuously updating file of approximately 700,000 move/sold signals per year in Canada.Phone Validation – Will they answer?
Is it a valid phone number? Supplied phone numbers are matched against the current carrier routing data. Returned information includes line type (mobile, landline, VOIP) and whether it is a valid number.Email Validation – Will that email bounce?
Will it bounce? Supplied email addresses are tested against mail servers to see if the address exists. This identifies high risks of undeliverability and whether they are using a temporary service.Do-Not-Mail Suppression – Canadians who don’t want marketing mail
Get your message in the hands of those interested and don’t send communications to an unwelcoming mailbox. Do-Not-Mail Suppression includes national lists of individuals specifically opting out of marketing mail. Real-time processing allows you to remove these records before mailing, preventing complaints and negative feedback. Available as an option within Canadian NCOA or as a stand-alone module. Members of the CMA (Canadian Marketing Association) agree to suppress individuals from their mailings.
